Amenities
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
A golf cart will also be provided for comfortable, easy access to any location on the island.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This was a very nice house to stay out. I have stayed at probably 20 different houses on Fripp. I'm not saying this is the fanciest inside or the best ever, but it is absolutely the best when it comes to "fun" stuff. The house has two golf carts, a couple surfboards, a paddleboard, a sea kayak, several bikes, pumps, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, etc etc. I have never stayed at a house with so many things like this - mainly because people steal them so the owners don't want to make the investment. The house has a great location and a wonderful front porch that we spent a lot of time on watching the world go by. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and blankets, etc. The owners spent a lot of time and money to make sure that the house lacked nothing. Communication was easy and check-in and check-out was a piece of cake. We would definitely stay at this house again.
We love the house and location! Definitely needs more comfortable furniture on the front porch and living room area for sitting around relaxing and talking.
Property on Fripp Island was amazing! We were there with 2 other families to bring in the 2023 New Year! Check-in process went smoothly. They had our names at the gate and obtaining entry was very easy. Home was very clean and very spacious! Kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery, 2 different coffee pots and plenty of dishes, cutlery, serving pieces and pots/pans. The ping pong table got a lot of use and the golf carts were a wonderful way to explore the island. We will certainly be back!
Our family had an amazing trip. The house was perfect for our group. Location was ideal for whatever you wanted to do each day. We would definitely rent again!
Our favorite house on Fripp!
This home has everything you need for a family vacation. Bedroom layouts were great for multi-generational gathering. Kitchen had good pots, pans and all the utensils you need. Beds were comfortable. Perfect island location for beach, beach club and pools. Highly recommend this property
Great Location, clean. The last evening we were there the A/C went out upstairs and also kept having minor issues with the internet. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. We hope to rent the same house next year.
This huge house accommodated 7 adults and 5 grandchildren and it was great! Spacious for everyone. It had everything we needed and more. Good location, golf carts were nice, adults enjoyed the ping pong in the garage area. Everything was perfect! I just wished the resort wouldn’t add an additional fee for the use of amenity cards.
