Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We have rented several houses on Fripp Island, this was the first time it felt like home. Everything about it was welcoming. The interior gives you a serene coastal vibe with a luxurious comfortable atmosphere. The Chef’s kitchen was a joy to cook in! All the cookware, knives, dishes and glasses were high end. The appliances are all Italian made and relatively easy to use. It was so convenient that the owner’s provided 8 beach chairs and a wagon, if you wanted to use it to bring your things to the beach. There is a beach access directly across the street! We loved having two king on suites, which is something you don’t always find. The screened in porch was used daily. There is a large tv on the wall also. Our adult children and their spouses enjoyed the ping pong table! This was the first trip that our entire family was able to go on together! Our two year old grandson had a wonderful time. We live in East Tennessee in the mountains and this was his first time visiting a beach! We also had deer in our front yard almost every day! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and look forward to rebooking this property for years to come!

The home was absolutely lovely!! It is beautifully decorated! Our family enjoyed mornings in the screened in back porch and evenings on the huge, beautiful front porch overlooking a lush yard watching the deer! The home had some very special “extra touches” like the bunk room with trundle bed, and the gathering room with wine refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware and dishes, perfect for our large family! Thank you for sharing your home on beautiful Fripp Island and helping us make wonderful family memories!

Everything about the house was exceptional. The location on the island was fantastic. The house is a newer build and still beautifully maintained. It was stocked with all of the best things you need for a vacation and made the vacation feel a little extra special because of those touches. You didn't feel like "it was just a vacation house", you felt like it was a house the owners and visitors loved and enjoyed while staying there. Our two families had the best time and would highly recommend staying in this house.
