This mid-century modern home offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it perfect for up to 14 guests. Spend time together in the spacious living room with family movie night or just catching up.
With brand new paint and luxury vinyl flooring throughout, the entire inside of the home is refreshed while new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans add an additional modern touch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for large “home-cooked” meals. The adjacent dining area is open to the living room and offers spectacular ocean views as well as boasting expanded and updated seating!
King-size beds are provided in 3 of the bedrooms. The additional rooms have 1 with a Queen-size bed, 1 with a Queen-size bed and 1 twin, and 1 with a full-size bed and 1 twin. All 6 bedrooms provide streaming TVs.
Located just south of center island, the nearest beach access is just a few step away.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
