Welcome to Sandy Souls!
At Sandy Souls, we hope you will have the most relaxing and enjoyable adventure on Fripp. Sandy Souls is located on the corner of Tarpon and Skip Jack right in the Island's center. We are just two blocks from the ocean, an easy walk, bike or golf cart ride. Our home has both a main house and a garage apartment giving our guests room to spread out and enjoy. Amenity Cards can be purchased by guests for their stay.
Sandy Souls' Main House
The main house was just transformed this spring from it's 1984 glory to an open floor beauty. Inside boasts three bedrooms and two baths, a large living area with all new furniture and 65" TV, a fully appointed kitchen (with a dining table seating 8-10), a sunny and open sun room, extra large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Hargray provides both cable TV and data service.
Bedroom Details
The Primary Bedroom has a king size bed. It's own en-suite bathroom and an entrance leading to the sunroom. Crush's Bedroom, or the turtle bedroom, boasts a double and a twin bed. Piper's Bedroom, or the sailboat bedroom, (Piper is the name of our small sailboat) has a queen bed. Both Crush's and Piper's bedroom share the hallway bathroom.
Sandy Souls' Garage Apartment
Located above the garage adjacent to the back porch is the garage apartment. It's home to a nicely sized apartment with a living area and full kitchen (with a full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher), bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath (the shower head is just a tad short).
Outside
Outside is a large patio with charcoal grill. Underneath the house are four adult bikes, beach chairs, beach buggy, and cooler.
We will consider allowing pets on a case by case basis with owner approval. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $250 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. If you want to include your furry friend, please include information regarding breed, size, age, crate training, and whether your dog is housebroken in your inquiry.
Beach Access
We are located just two blocks from the ocean. Our closest (and now favorite) access is Number 9. It is an 5-10 minute walk, bike or golf cart ride from the house. The access has a board walk to the sand. There is currently no water or tidal pools between Access 9 and the ocean. Within our pictures, you will find a google map of the paths leading from our home to the beach.

Amenity Cards
There are Amenity Cards with this rental. They are $50 per card per week during the summer months plus a 12.8% resort fee. If you have any questions regarding amenity cards and how they are used, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Other Fees
$300 Weekly Pet Fee (If pet has been approved by owner and pet rental agreement agreed to and signed.)
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% payment is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should a reservation occur within 30 days of arrival, all fees are due upon confirmation of reservation. No reservation is confirmed until first payment and a signed Rental Agreement are received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to named hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
The house was great. We’ve stayed on various homes on Fripp for 16 years. This was a home fully stocked! We tend to need to buy everything from soap, detergent, sunscreen and spices for a week at a time…gets expensive. Sandy Souls was fully stocked…can openers, plenty of bowls, spices galore! If I were to nit pick on anything, the king bed in the master is really high! I am 5’2” and struggled to get into bed without a step stool. (It’s a short struggle). Lisa was wonderful and a gracious host! We will be back, hopefully as an owner of Fripp soon!
