Are you looking for a modern, new, luxurious home to enjoy your stay on Fripp Island? This custom-built, professionally decorated beach home, built in 2020, is in a private, lowcountry setting with beautiful marsh views. We offer a thoughtfully designed, three-bedroom modern home that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. 10 foot ceilings and an open-concept design give this home a light-filled and spacious feel. Each bedroom has an en suite custom bathroom for your privacy and enjoyment. The primary suite (king) with a private deck, also has its own beautiful views. Adorned with bright white custom shaker-style cabinetry, quartz counters, large center island, and stainless appliances, you will find everything you need. The large flat screen TV is perfectly positioned to keep you company as you prepare a memorable lowcountry boil for your group. When returning from the beach, the next stop is our luxury outdoor shower before heading inside, queuing your favorite music, and getting ready for a fabulous island dinner… or just settling in to enjoy the sights and sounds of private island life.

Fripp Island Resort offers 2 beach clubs, 5 pools, pickleball, and tennis courts, 2 championship golf courses, nature trails, a full-service marina, and much more! Our goal has always been to provide you a unique experience and make memories with family and friends to last a lifetime. A Wave From It All on Fripp Island will accomplish this and have you returning year after year.
In-season, we are mostly a Saturday to Saturday rental. However, Fripp Island is a year-round resort, and we offer discounts and more stay flexibility in the fall and winter.
A 4 seat golf cart is included in your stay to access all that the beach and Fripp Island have to offer (a $350/week value in the summer!!!).
Amenity cards are also available for purchase but are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli, Springtide market, deli, or community center activities. Amentity cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual amentity cards.

A deposit of ONLY $500 will hold a prime week for prime season!

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

This was our second year at this home. When my youngest son walked in he said "man I love this place". I have to say we all feel the same way; it's clean and inviting. We love our coffee on the back porch in the mornings, followed by breakfast (all the cookware you need is in the home), then a short golf cart ride to the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the Island and relax. We will defiantly be back again.
Home was beautiful. Location was perfect. House was very clean and had everything needed for the perfect vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Kyle was very friendly and made the entire rental process seamless. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
After visiting Fripp numerous times over the past twelve years, this home was by far one of our most favorite. The cleanliness, beautiful decor, and most peaceful location made this home top-notch! Soulshine Beach Retreat is the perfect home away from home!

This is a beautiful home with lovely decor. All of the appliances are modern and work perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pan that are nice and match each other. The home is quiet and comfortable and on a nice street with a lovely view of marshes and a comfortable porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the view. The hosts were very helpful and welcomed us to their home with a nice note and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco! This is the best rental in our three years of visiting Fripp Island. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!

We rented Fiddlers Reach and this is the second home we have stayed in with Rusty and Molly and our second time at Fripp. Those two always seem to amaze me. We reached out to them last minute and they really helped us find something that fit our unique family. They really helped us out and went above and beyond the call of duty. We absolutely love Fripp Island and it brought some peace during a really hard time. The home was absolutely beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and after a hard day, there is something to be said for comfortable beds and the sheets were so cozy. The towels were soft and we could tell instantly they were top of the line, it really did feel like home. The home was very clean and I love that is was a new build because it just felt like we were staying in a new home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a Keurig and the showers were very well done and every room was beautifully decorated. The beach is a very close golf cart ride. We enjoyed a really nice sunset on our last night and the view was spectacular. The screened porch was a nice added bonus overlooking marsh and very private. Fiddlers reach really is beautiful and reminded me of my parents beach home growing up. We loved watching the reindeers in the morning off the back porch, it was so peaceful. The last home we stayed in was right on beach but I would choose this house next time because it was so serene and honestly the beach is right down the road and the home is absolutely perfect and quiet. If you need to rent a place to stay at Fripp you should definitely use Molly and Rusty! They honestly are the kindest people we have rented from and they definitely take care of the people renting from them. We don’t want to leave, but thanks for giving us a little peace.
