Welcome to Conch Out Cottage, a beautifully renovated five-bedroom, four-bath beach home located in one of the best areas of Fripp Island. This fourth-row home is less than a one-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sun, sand, and surf without hauling gear across the island.
Your stay includes a six-seater golf cart, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private pool. Pool heat is available in March, April, May, September, October, and November for an additional $200 per week.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
Amenities
We include a six-seater golf cart, high-speed internet, as well as a private pool which can be heated in March, April, May, September, October or November for an additional fee of $200/week. Amenity Cards are not available.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less a $75 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
