Enjoy an island getaway in this beautifully landscaped, custom-built home on a secluded lot set back from the road. With great views of the 12th fairway and green on Ocean Point golf course, this home offers modern conveniences for a relaxing stay. Spread out and enjoy a primary suite on both the upper and lower levels; 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths provide space for up to 10 guests.
You’ll find a total of 3 bedrooms on the first level. One bedroom has 2 full size beds, while the second bedroom of the three has a queen bed. Each of these two bedrooms has an ensuite with a single vanity and toilet, and shares a shower/tub combo in Jack & Jill style. The third / primary bedroom on this level is a queen ensuite with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. This level also offers a laundry room and a common area which opens out to the lower screened porch, with ample space for the entire family.
The open concept upper level offers a large living room, vaulted ceiling, dining area and kitchen; ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen with wine fridge is a cook's delight. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining room or out on the deck overlooking the golf course. The upper level primary is a king ensuite with a double vanity and a multi-head spa shower. Also on this level, a quiet study provides a nice space to get that remote work done, or just slip away to read a book.
When you’re ready to head out you can choose the short walk to the beach, or hop in your golf cart (included with rental) to explore the Island. You are just minutes from island dining, golf, tennis, the marina and of course those beautiful Fripp beaches! Club cards are available during your stay.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities (golf, racquet sports, swimming pools, Island restaurants and bars), and are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
