Overview
Fripp Island's absolute best sunrise view from this North end of the Island property has to be seen to be appreciated. A panoramic ocean view greets you as you enter the home. That same view awaits you in the kitchen, den, sunroom and master bedroom suite. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and two sink areas for ease in entertaining. Just off the kitchen, there is a cozy den with fireplace and a queen Murphy bed. It opens onto an enclosed sunroom that looks out over the ocean and back toward Hunting Island.
The master bedroom suite has sliders out to its own deck area. Both other bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The large utility room has sink, washer, dryer, secondary frig, freezer and dumbwaiter from ground level
This large home has room for up to 12 guests. The main open concept living space accommodates the entire group plus guests. The kids can take advantage of the den to stream their own shows or play video games.
After a great day at the beach, you can home and enjoy grilling on the large decks. The sun sets behind the home so the rear decks are usable all summer long. Just a great place to sit, watch the wildlife or golfers and enjoy your favorite beverage.

Club cards are available for purchase.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

Our stay at 469 Porpoise was by far one of our most favorite and memorable vacations. This home had all we needed to make our stay complete. My husband and 2 sons and future daughter in law stayed in this home while my brother and his family and daughter and her family rented their own two homes. This Home honestly could have housed us all and very comfortably. This home offered us 5 million dollar views of the golf course, ocean and marsh. There was a full length back deck with the most comfortable chairs to watch the sunrise, the golfers and the many family of deer who greeted us daily. The deck was equipped with a grill for the cook out nights too. There was even a sunroom w/A/C if the heat was too much for you. This room also had very comfortable seating and all the lovely views. If you wanted to be tucked away for some quiet time there was even a separate cozy den where you could relax and read or even play games that the home had there to offer. There was even a keyboard for those musically inclined (or not ??) to play for the family. Back to the views….as though the home itself was not positioned in the most perfect place with the most spectacular views already, there was even a very nice telescope there to allow you to see some of the most phenomenal views of the moon. It was amazing!! The sunrises were breathtaking. The bedrooms were all roomy and spacious and beds comfortable. Master bedroom had its own private entry to the back deck and glorious views & bathroom had a very comfy tub to relax in and large separate shower w/double vanity. There was a HUGE master closet and so much storage in all the rooms and bathrooms to truly unpack and store ALL your belongings in and stay awhile. The living room is GINORMOUS and so great for entertaining. Large dining room table and a separate eat in area in kitchen and living room at back door. So many places to have many family and friends gather around. No lack for any seating either inside or outside the home and ALL areas are very comfortable. I wanted to take the big leather chair and ottoman back home with me ??. The home was all so tastefully decorated too, right down to the sweet framed artwork in the hall to the back bedroom with double bunks done by I assume maybe the owners children or grands. Each bedroom had their own private full bathroom too. Yet there was still another 1/2 bath for guests. There was an outdoor shower downstairs also to wash away all the sand before entering. It had it ALL!! Home was even equipped with golfcart which is a must for the island. I can not rave about this home enough. We will most definitely be staying here again. It was so hard leaving as it truly felt like home with all it offered. If your are considering this hime, Book today, you will NOT be disappointed. The house was amazing! Incredible views of the ocean with wide open floor plan. The house was perfect for family and kids. We had an excellent vacation with quick and easy communication with property management throughout our stay with any questions or concerns.
