Start your morning with a cup of coffee in the front porch rocking chairs while watching the sun rise, then spend a lazy afternoon relaxing in the custom bed-swing on the first-level porch or catching a breeze on the tree swing in the front yard. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Inside, you'll find fun coastal colors and comfortable spaces designed for relaxing and spending time together. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two full-size beds, making the home comfortable for up to eight guests. Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, then gather for a movie or board game or enjoy dessert on the screened-in porch.
This three-bedroom, two-bath home sits across the street from a beautiful pond with a fountain, offering a great spot to watch wildlife in its natural habitat while also overlooking the 16th green of Ocean Creek Golf Course. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Captain's Corner was a wonderful home for our family to enjoy some time away. We loved being close to everything and seeing the wildlife on our front steps. The home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed family dinners at the table and having our morning coffee on the screened porch. Captain's Corner was an oasis on Fripp Island.
Fripp has become our annual vacation and we absolutely love it. Captains Corner was perfect for us. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Sandy was was amazing & ensured our stay was pleasant. We cannot wait until we are back!
We had a great time at Captain Quarters it met our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and enough room for a family of six. The garage was excellent to store items that you may have. We had a couple of issues with the air and oven but Sandy our host responded quickly and had it corrected in a short time. She was excellent with communication and actions taken. The only reason that I give a four star is the bathroom has no towel hooks to hang your towel and the shower is small. The location is very busy and loud at night due to kids playing their music loud on the golf carts, I know that the owner cannot control this. Overall a very nice place for a family to enjoy.
Great location and beautiful house! Porch is lovely and probably our favorite spot. Several bikes under the house and space to gather there as well. Extra chairs and small coolers nice to have!
Captains Corner is a great house! The decor is perfect a beach feel. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The location is great but keep in mind it’s on one of the busiest corners on the island.
