Lowcountry style home comes with upper and lower decks and a screened porch. The bedrooms are large and allow for privacy, while the huge kitchen/island and back deck provide the gathering space for your entire crew. If you've never been to Fripp, it's hard to explain how special the island and beaches are until you seee it for yourself and this house if perfectly situated to make the most of it. It is very different than our typical crowded, Myrtle Beach type of trip. We can provide you with lots of information so you know what to expect and can plan the best trip possible.
This beautiful and generously appointed home has been updated throughout, It is perfectly situated near the club house and swimming pools but is only steps from the beach. Many locations on the island lose thier beach during high tide, but the public access at the end of the dirveway takes you to a permanent beach. Enjoy the salt water breezed from 2 back decks, a screened porch, and a large front porch.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This place was perfect for our family. We were 5 adults and 4 kids (w/ I infant in the walk-in closet, lol!) and everyone had enough space and their own bed. We love the location - the center of the island and the proximity to the beach. I loved that it had a screened porch as well as outdoor porches to enjoy. The owners were easy to work with and responsive to our questions. We will definitely come back! The garage was spacious and we loved having the outdoor shower. There is even a fridge in the garage which I didn’t remember being listed, but it came in handy with all of us! Also getting to the upstairs/main level is accessable for those who have trouble with stairs, as it’s a ramp. Great for toddlers up to seniors or anyone who has challenges walking.
