The Fripp House is a lovely Lowcountry home with a spectacular view of the salt marsh and the privacy of a large corner lot filled with live oaks and palms. You'll love the quiet setting and it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute ride in one of 2 included golf carts. Spend a warm summer evening on one of the porches with a glass of wine relaxing to the sound of the ocean in the distance.
 
This property is designed for comfort and relaxation.  The open concept living area includes a large family room, a formal dining area with 2 dining tables and a chef’s kitchen with additional bar seating.  It’s the perfect place for movie nights and “home-cooked” meals.
 
There is plenty of room for everyone in this 6 bedroom, 5 ½ bath home that sleeps up to 16 guests. The 1st floor has two King guest rooms with full ensuites.  The 2nd floor boasts lots of extra space including another King bedroom with ensuite and a Queen bedroom with ensuite. You’ll also find yet another Queen guest room and a bunk room on the 2nd level as well as an additional living area with a sleeper sofa.  These three spaces share a full guest bath.
 
A fishing pier is located just up the street. Drop your crab trap and come back later for your catch! Bike trails are abundant on Fripp Island.  Rentals are available during your stay so you can pedal down to the Marina store for a candy bar, ice cream or a jug of milk, or pedal down Tarpon Blvd. and watch a vibrant sunset over Skull Inlet.
 
Days spent by the water seem to last longer, food tastes better and sleep comes easier - life is simple. We hope you too will enjoy the magic of Fripp Island and The Fripp House and that you'll bring your family back year after year.
 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit (preferably by e-check) is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s). If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
