You'll love the quiet setting with a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute ride in one of 2 golf carts. Spend a warm summer evening on one of the porches with a glass of wine relaxing to the sound of the ocean in the distance.
A fishing pier is located just up the street. Drop your crab trap and come back later for your catch! Bike trails are abundant on Fripp Island. Bikes and mopeds are abundantly available for rent or bring your own bikes. You can pedal down to the Marina store for a candy bar, ice cream or a jug of milk, or pedal down Tarpon Blvd. and watch a vibrant sunset over Skull Inlet.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit (preferably by e-check) is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
