Spend a warm summer evening on one of the porches with a glass of wine relaxing to the sound of the ocean in the distance.

A fishing pier is located just up the street. Drop your crab trap and come back later for your catch! Bike trails are abundant on Fripp Island. Bikes and mopeds are abundantly available for rent or bring your own bikes. you can pedal down to the Marina store for a candy bar, ice cream or a jug of milk, or pedal down Tarpon Blvd. and watch a vibrant sunset over Skull Inlet.

Other Fees
Rates do not include a 10% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit (preferably by e-check) is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received.

Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).

Cancellation and Refunds
100% refund of monies paid if you cancel at least 90 days before your arrival date. 50% refund of monies paid if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. There will be no refund if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be issued unless the house is re-rented. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
