This beautiful two story home is located in the heart of Fripp Island and on the 17th fairway of the gorgeous Ocean Creek golf course. It is a short golf cart ride to the beach, marina, Cabana Club, and more! Our home is perfect for your family beach vacation, girls weekend, or golf getaway. The home is fully stocked and updated for your comfort. Fripp Island is a private gated island and we are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with you. This adorable cottage will feel like your home away from home. 

With 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms, this lovely cottage accomodates up to 8 people (max of 6 adults). Primary suite has a king size bed, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, 55" smart tv, private balcony, and deluxe primary bath with double vanity and double shower heads. Large primary bedroom has plenty of space for a pack and play if needed. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own private bath. Each downstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, 40" smart tv's, en suite full bathrooms, ceiling fans, closets, and balcony access. One of the downstairs bathrooms has an attached laundry room. The kitchen boasts solid wood cabinetry, soft close hinges, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for your convenience. This cottage also has 2 full size refrigerators making it easy to bring everything you need for your getaway! *Keurig, traditional coffee maker, toaster, crock pots, blender, waffle maker, and more included!

The great room is furnished with bright and up to date beach decor that is welcoming and comfortable. Sitting area includes a full-size sofa and two recliners. There is a large flatscreen smart tv with local cable channels and popular apps. There are plenty of board games, card games, and puzzles for your enjoyment! Large dining table seats 6. Relax on the screened in porch in one of the four rocking chairs with with your favorite coffee or cocktail. You may also enjoy smores sitting around the firepit in one of the adirondack chairs while watching the deer and golfers finish their day. 

Guests are provided access to our outdoor storage that conveniently houses your sandy beach gear. Beach chairs, coolers, fishing rods, crab nets, etc may be locked safely under the house so you don't have to leave them on the porch or in a vehicle. Beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels are provided and available to use during your stay. Our outdoor shower has cold and hot water to wash the sand off after a beach day. 

*Location: steps away from the Ocean Creek clubhouse, recreational park with basketball court, volleyball court and playground for little ones. Short golf cart ride to the Fripp Island Beach Club, adults-only pool and bar, Cabana Club, Food Court, Bonito Boathouse, gym/fitness center, The Fripp Ship souvenir/gift shop, Marina (kayaks, paddle boards, bike, and boat rentals), activity center, day camps, and fishing spots. Our home is 0.4 mile to the nearest beach access. You will have a short golf cart ride (less than 2 minutes) from our home to the nearest beach access! Fripp Island has 3.5 miles of beach with 32 access points to choose from. Our home includes a golf cart that will likely be your primary mode of transportation on the island. Many people arrive on Fripp and never get back in their vehicle until the day they leave. 

Stress free beach living with private parking, high speed wi-fi, outdoor shower for easy beach clean up, gas grill, outdoor seating, firepit, and screened in porch with rocking chairs. When we arrive on Fripp Island, see the wildlife, smell the salt air, and immediately feel the relaxation of the slower pace... we feel FRIPPIN' HAPPY! Outdoor security cameras are in use for the security of guests and owners. Tampering with or disabling a security camera is assumed to be to cover up occupancy violation, pet violation, smoking violation, or illegal activity and will result in immediate eviction. If any theft or damage is reported to your vehicle or property during your stay, we will be glad to assist by providing camera footage.

Certain times of year require a weekly stay, other times of year there is a 4 night minimum.
