Welcome to our Captain John Fripp Villa, ideally situated in the heart of Fripp Island, just a short walk to the Beach Club. This beautifully maintained villa features raised ceilings on the main level, a renovated kitchen, and tile flooring throughout the downstairs living area. Upstairs, you'll find soft carpeting for added comfort. The front balcony and exterior stairs provide easy access, while the back balcony offers a peaceful view of the pool and courtyard, along with a distant glimpse of the ocean.
The villa features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, making it ideal for couples or families seeking a relaxing retreat. There are also two full bathrooms to accommodate your group with ease and privacy.
Located mid-island, this unit puts you within walking distance of a variety of resort amenities. Step outside to your private patio just steps from the complex’s shared pool—exclusive to villa guests—or head to the Beach Club where you can enjoy the Olympic Pool, Adult Pool, and Fitness Center. Fripp Island also offers two award-winning golf courses, scenic bike trails, and a Racquet Club with ten Fast-Dry or hard tennis courts, as well as Pickleball just across the street. Golf carts and bikes are available for rent to help you explore the island at your own pace.
If the weather keeps you indoors, take a day trip to historic Beaufort, just 19 miles away, or visit Charleston, Hilton Head, or Savannah for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.
Fripp Island is a special place for families to reconnect, relax, and make lasting memories. Our family has enjoyed many wonderful vacations here—the only complaint we ever hear is when it’s time to go home!

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. A $400 refundable damage deposit is required, or guest may select Damage Protection insurance. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
This Villa is amazing, always super clean, and perfect location . Will definitely be staying again !
We enjoyed our 2nd stay in this unit very much. CJFV 318 is the perfect place for a family of four. The kids enjoy the pool and it is a short walk to the beach with gorgeous views from the Villa. We are always pleased with the well stocked kitchen and can always find what we need to cook our meals. We hope to be back for Labor Day!
We always have the best time here. Perfect location and easy for my In-laws to access the beach. The pool is an added bonus, and grilling on the patio in the afternoon is always nice. We look forward to many more trips in the future.
