Enjoy relaxed island living at Sunset Villa.  A villa is, by definition, "a luxury vacation home by the sea" and we know you'll feel right at home with personal and thoughtful touches throughout this rental home.  The sunset views from the wide front porch are spectacular and everyone in your group will love the backyard oasis including a screened-in porch, a private pool and a firepit for s’mores and story-telling. 

Inside this island home you’ll find a large open concept living area with a comfy pit group and adjacent dining area.  The large chef’s kitchen has professional-grade appliances and granite counter tops.  Everything you need is at hand for “home-cooked” meals and quick snacks.

On the first floor there is a King ensuite as well as a Queen guest room.  There is also a bunk room that sleeps 5 and a separate full guest bath.  If you’re traveling with younger children, you’ll find this home is equipped with a pack-and-play, a high chair, and a play pen.

On the second floor, you’ll find a primary King ensuite with a twin daybed/trundle.  The ensuite bath has a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.  Grab your favorite book and relax after a day on the beach.  It’s the best of island living.

Sunset Villa is a charming 1.5-story home situated in the heart of Fripp Island. With its primarily single-level layout, it’s perfect for families with young children and grandparents looking to avoid the usual staircases common in many Fripp Island homes.

Fripp Island is an amazing wildlife sanctuary with hundreds of deer, seabirds and so much more.  Hop in the golf cart, included with your stay, and head out on adventure.  Head over to the beach or to one of several dining options for the fresh catch of the day.  The island amenities include championship golf, tennis & pickleball, kayaking, boating, and fishing.  There is something for everyone!

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
