This home has a lovely living room, set up for relaxation and family movie nights. The kitchen has everything you need to make “home-cooked” meals.
Up to 8 guests will enjoy this private island home. The primary bedroom has a queen and full bed with an ensuite bath. Two additional guest rooms offer queen beds and share a full bath.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
The home was fantastic! It was perfect for our girls weekend away! Location was perfect and we enjoyed touring the island. The beds were super comfy, the house was super cute and has everything we needed. Our favorite part was seeing all the deer and sitting on the back porch! The host was super responsive. Will definitely book another trip!
I have stayed at this beach house multiple times now. I now consider it my favorite place to be. This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The minute you walk through the front door you feel at home. I have so many memories in this house and plan on making so many more. Waking up and having my coffee on the screened in porch and enjoying the deer in the backyard is such a sight to see. You definitely just have to experience yourself to understand how this place affects your soul. The home is always very clean and well maintained. It has everything you need to enjoy your wonderful vacation.
Our stay at 264 Tarpon Blvd was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning marsh views and peaceful surroundings. The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and we loved exploring the island. The outdoor spaces were great for relaxing and enjoying the sunset, and the wildlife sightings were a wonderful bonus! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this rental house is the perfect choice for you and your family. We can’t wait to come back!
The 264 Tarpon house was a great rental for our guys fishing trip of four to Fripp. Everything was stocked in the kitchen that we needed to cook our catch as well as the grill on the deck for steaks. It was nice being able to watch the deer while you cooked. The beach is a short distance and there are many accesses close to the home. Having an outdoor shower helped with getting cleaned up from the day and was great to sit in the courtyard when the sun went down over the marsh. We will be back here again.
