This home has a lovely living room, set up for relaxation and family movie nights.  The kitchen has everything you need to make “home-cooked” meals.

Up to 8 guests will enjoy this private island home.  The primary bedroom has a queen and full bed with an ensuite bath.  Two additional guest rooms offer queen beds and share a full bath.

Spend your days relaxing on the beach, exploring nature trails, or enjoying the island's many activities. In the evenings, unwind on the screened porch watching the deer play or watch the breathtaking sunsets paint the sky over the marsh. Pelican's Post provides the perfect base for your Fripp Island adventure.  A six seater golf cart is included with your stay.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

No Club Card? No Problem!

While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s). If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
