SEA ZEN is the perfect 2 bed/2 bath villa for your family and includes a 4 seat electric golf cart. Beautiful location on the pristine tidal marsh of Fripp Island, SC. The beach and Beach Club are accessible right across the street! You get two water features for the price of one. Stunning sunset views on one side and the beautiful beach on the other. Centrally located on the island with easy access to bike trails and short golf cart rides to anywhere on the island, it is in the ideal location. The sunset and marsh views from this Tennis Villa are unforgettable and what puts this location on the map! Slow down and take a break in this comfortable and well equipped Villas between hitting the beach, playing tennis, pickleball, golf, fishing, bike riding, crabbing and swimming.
Enjoy the large back deck to watch the local birds and deer, fishermen in the marsh or jumping fish. Or, enjoy your dinner and a beautiful Low Country marsh sunset.
SEA ZEN sleeps 6 comfortably. The downstairs primary has a Queen size bed with a full bath in the hall just off of it. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed, and 2 twin size beds and attached full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. There is also a washer and dryer in the property for your use. There are plenty of towels and beach towels for your use as well.
SEA ZEN is centrally located on the island and provides a great place for families to take advantage of the many fun Fripp activities. Walk across the street to the Olympic Pool and to access the beach. Other facilities across Tarpon Road are the Adult Pool, The Sandbar, Food Court, Exercise Room and Arcade to enjoy with your Club amenity cards.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $100 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit required balance due 45 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed rental agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Great little place with plenty of room for our family. Pet friendly. Came with a golf cart and bikes. Beautiful view of the marsh from the back deck, great place for coffee in the morning.
Outstanding weekend getaway! Older unit like most at Fripp but well maintained, cozy and had more than everything that we needed. Property owner was fantastic as well.
Our stay at Fripp was great! The Villa was clean & very well stocked and the golf cart was a great bonus. Wildlife & sunsets off the deck were amazing. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!
My family of 5 very much enjoyed staying at 219 tennis villa. It is centrally located to all the island fun! Having the golf cart included with the rental was very convenient! We love Fripp and our stay was great.

219 Tennis Villa was perfect for our family of 6. The condo was furnished with everything that we needed. Perfect location!
Marnie is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The villa had everything we needed. The beds slept great. Beautiful view of sunset from the balcony with lots of friendly deer. In the center of the island so it’s convenient to everything the island has to offer.
Cozy and convenient
We rented this pet friendly property for my in-laws over Thanksgiving weekend. They were so pleased with the location and how well stocked with appliances, linens, towels, beach towels and the start up essentials. The back deck provided the most beautiful of sunsets and perfect morning sunlight for reading. Outdoor has a great storage compartment right outside the door for easy access to beach chairs. This location is very close to outdoor trails for quick walks for pets. Marnie provided excellent customer service on the night before Thanksgiving due to golf cart issues, thankfully the issues were operator error but we were all so pleased with her quick response. We will continue to rent through Fripp Island Stay for their excellent customer service and wide variety of property listings to choose from.
