Overview
Beautiful, professionally decorated, marsh front villa on Fripp Island. This perfectly located villa is nestled at the center of Fripp, just across the street from the main, public beach access on Rock Beauty. After playing on the beach, relax and unwind while watching a beautiful sunset and wildlife from the villa's private deck that overlooks the marsh.
Our lovely villa provides ample room for four guests with one bedroom (king bed, upstairs) one queen sleeper sofa (downstairs), one roll away bed (single), and two full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs). Enjoy a large family room with picture perfect marsh views and separate dining area. A full kitchen and washer/dryer are also downstairs.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted; however, to avoid additional merchant fees (credit card fees), eCheck (Electronic check) is encouraged.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
