Overview
Quiet end-unit villa overlooking active tidal creek. Conveniently located at mid-Island, the villa is set back from Tarpon Blvd. Adjacent to the Racquet Club and across the street from the Ocean Club, you can be in the middle of it all in moments. With quick access to the Olympic and other pools, dining, shopping and the beach, the fun begins right away. Take the 4-passenger golf cart, included, and explore both ends of the island to find golf, the marina, the beach and many otheractivities. As you relax on the back deck, breathe in the serenity of the marsh that is just out the back door.
This one-bedroom loft villa sleeps four. On the main floor, the living room is a quiet oasis for reading, TV or great conversations. The dining area has wonderful light and easy access to the galley kitchen and laundry closet. Have guests or someone sleeping on the queen pullout couch. The main floor also has a full bathroom with tub/shower. Up the spiral staircase in the loft, the open-air queen bedroom is adjoined by a full bath with a whirlpool tub.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

Amenity Club Cards are available for purchase that will give you access to all Restaurants, Pools, Gym, Golfing and Tennis. Golf Carts are the main means of transportation on the island and one will be included with your stay.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

209 tennis villa was a great location. The check in , check out process could not have been smoother. We will be back to rent from Rusty and Molly at Fripp Island Stay.

We were very pleased staying at 209 tennis villa. Everything was clean upon arrival and adequately stocked with all we needed for a weekend getaway. Plenty of towels and linens. The golf cart was a plus. We would definitely stay again.
