Luna Sea Is a 1 bedroom, 1st floor beach club villa. Easy access, only a few steps up to the first floor. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, the marsh and tidal creek. Watch dolphins swim by on your screened in porch. Enjoy the private crabbing/ fishing dock for beach club owners and their guests only. Walk to beach.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.

This was a great place for a good, long weekend. Kitchen and bathrooms had great resources. The screened porch was so nice as well as access for many options on the Roku tv. Not to the condos fault, the hallway light outside the condo shines in pretty good during the night (as we are use to sleeping in pitch black), maybe a blackout curtain in the bedroom would be good. Everything was great though, we would stay here again!
