Enjoy amazing marsh views from your private, screened porch or the primary bedroom. This island villa, located center-island, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Walk to the beach, the Sandbar and the Beach Club, just across the street. And this island getaway is pet friendly, so bring your furbaby with you!
This 3rd floor property has a lovely open floor plan for gatherings with family and friends. The brightly colored décor is cheery and comfortable. Plenty of seating is available in the living room and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for family meals.
The primary king bedroom has a full ensuite along with balcony access and great marsh views. A second guest room offers a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper in the living room.
A 4 seat gas golf cart is included with your rental.
Fripp Island, a designated wildlife sanctuary, is home to numerous whitetail deer and other fascinating wildlife. You are sure to spot them as you explore the island.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

A great property overlooking a beautiful view of the water. We spent mornings and evenings on the screened in porch admiring the view. The pullout mattress was comfortable enough and allowed 5 of us to share the location. Our dog Ollie had a great stay too and we are appreciative you were dog friendly! We would love to stay again in the future!
We love Fripp Island and have rented many times - both condos and homes. This third story condo is a great location, in the center of the island and a short walk across the street to the beach. The view from the screened in porch is lovely and of the marsh. The fact that the rental came with a golf cart was an extra bonus. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the sofas in the living room and the furniture on the porch (badly mildewed). As this was the primary seating, especially to enjoy the view during coffee or afternoon sunsets, this was disappointing. As we rented in early March, perhaps a good spring cleaning would help. A few lightbulbs were out and batteries in remote...all simple fixes that would have made the stay more seamless. It would have also been helpful to have a guest book for WiFi codes and to know which golf cart we were supposed to use. Although Heather was very prompt and helpful in communication. Overall, it was a good stay and with a little attention it has the potential for a better stay.

168 Beach View Villa is the perfect place to stay at Fripp! My family of 4 and 2 dogs had a great time here. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It was light and airy with lots of tasteful beach decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice stainless pots and pans. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc -everything we needed and more. Beds very comfortable and towels were the best!! The screen porch was our favorite place to sit as we had a beautiful view of the marsh. The walk to the beach was very short and easy with a good boardwalk. This condo came with a golf cart which was nice for exploring the island and going to the market. Communication with owner was superior! We had no problems with anything during our stay and look forward to another visit.
