A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase.
The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This house was well stocked and clean on the inside. I recommend bringing your own beach supplies as the ones at the house are stored outside and are not in good condition.
We were very pleased with our stay at this house. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The space was well-used and plenty of seating for a large family. It was clean, and the golf cart was fast.
This was my first time booking through Fripp Island Stay and the entire process was great. David Sykes promptly answered all of my questions as I navigated the online booking site. And the property manager, Marnie, reached out to me on the day we arrived and was helpful and answered a couple of questions very quickly. I would not hesitate AT ALL to book via FIS for my future visits to Fripp. Excellent customer service!! ?? Now for the house…..it was just as pictured inside,. very clean, kitchen was well stocked, bed linens were nice, towels were thick, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water, and golf cart held its battery charge with no issues! The view off the back deck was great and we used the retractable awning with no problems. It was October, so the island wasn’t crowded, but this location would be quieter, I imagine, during the busy summer. We will definitely consider this house again!
This was a great house! It is spacious, clean, and updated. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the golf course.
This is a great property, with all of the comforts of home. Clean, bright, freshly decorated, and located on a quiet part of the island. Property manager quick to respond and graciously accommodating. Our family has visited Fripp for almost 20 years, and we look forward to visiting this home again.
We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for the family! Great views, gator sightings, convenient location. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. Would definitely stay here again!
The house is nice enough for one family but, we had multi generations staying here. The house is open and not sound proof at all. There was also no dust pan in a beach house. For us this was a huge negative. The kitchen cabinets were all full of nice pots and dishes. Unfortunately that left no room to put groceries away. Fripp Island is always a great stay! Just maybe not this house for our family.

We are sorry our house wasn't the best fit. We take pride in having a thoroughly stocked rental with everything families need to have an excellent stay. (Five different ways to enjoy a morning coffee, free pass to Hunting Island, golf cart included with rental, are examples). Fripp Island Stay, our property management company, is very responsive once they are made aware of any issues a guest accounters. So, we were confused about a missing cleaning item. It appears the dust pan had been placed in the laundry area before your arrival instead of the utility closet with all the other cleaning supplies. Fripp is a lovely place and we are glad you always enjoy itself when visiting. Again, we are sorry our house wasn't the best fit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bedrooms were perfect ??! Everything was clean and well supplied. I would recommend that an explanation of how the door lock works is provided. Would rent again!
