Overview
With three bedrooms and three ensuite baths, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The king primary suite offers its own private porch with ocean views, providing a peaceful spot to start or end your day. An additional king ensuite guest room offers comfort and privacy, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and bunk beds, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out.
After a day on the island, relax on any of the four covered porches with a cup of coffee or your favorite cocktail, or gather around the outdoor firepit for s’mores under the stars. Ideally located just steps from the Cabana Club pool and the Kids Club/Nature Center, this home puts some of Fripp’s most popular amenities within easy reach. A four-seat golf cart is included for exploring the island, and the fishing pier is just a short walk away.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-book. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

This was a great house for a family beach vacation. It was very comfortable. Enough space to sleep the whole family. It has the perfect porches (one screened in) to enjoy visiting and looking at a private nature back yard and views of the ocean. It was conveniently located, and the included golf cart made it fun and easy to get to every part of the island.
Beautiful Home. We visited Fripp for our family Vacation. The House is great, beautifully appointed and up to date. Our grand daughter loved the bunk beds and proximity to the cabana beach club pools. Lots of memories made here. We highly recommend it to anyone, especially with kids or grands!

Location, location, location! This house is phenomenal and perfectly situated on Fripp Island. Water views, and steps from the cabana club. Modern amenities and comfortable aesthetics made for an unforgettable stay
This is a fabulous house. We picked it due to being dog friendly and having ample seating for two adults with three kids. You can’t beat the location to the Cabana pool (my kid’s favorite on island). The coastal views are better than the photos. Kitchen is well stocked, house is super clean for dog friendly, and very comfortable. Loved my mornings watching the intracoastal waterway with my coffee. Property management team is on island and super fast to respond.
Gorgeous home in a wonderful location on the island. Beautiful views from the porch. Well appointed with kitchen amenities. Would definitely stay at 13 Veranda Beach Rd again!
We enjoyed the house Kitchen well supplied Enjoyed the location. Need to label the lights had to switch everything off and on to discover which ones. The golf cart situation was not good the first golf cart wasn’t working properly then when they called and came with cart they didn’t tell us what time and just turned and went back so we had to call again. But otherwise enjoyed the house
My family loved the accommodations… it was large (roomy) with very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. Owner / management communication was well received, quick and detailed. The amenities were in order (golf cart, BBQ, etc).
