3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanview ground Floor Villa offers a short walk to the BEACH!! Our beach access has a beautiful wood boardwalk (convenient for walking and carrying items to the beach). Our Villa has been 100% remodeled from Top to Bottom including all new lighting in the bedrooms, bathrooms. Both bathrooms have been completed remodeled including raised ceilings, 60 inch vanities and tile walk in shower in the primary en suite! All TVs have been upgraded to HD Cable and include many sports channels!!!!! This rental DOES NOT come with a golf cart but you can rent one through the resort or a private rental company.

Captain John Fripp Villias are located in the center of the Island which is very convenient for going to your destination. From our ground floor villa, you truly have the best of both worlds no stairs to contend with especially when arriving and going to the beach!!!!. Walk out the back door and enjoy the convenience of a short walk to the beach with private access and ocean view from a covered patio with the comforts of a private grassy courtyard. Walk out the front door to the olympic size swimming pool and steps away to the fitness center, adult pool, beach bar, Beach Club restaurant, gift shop and food court. Directly across the street is the Tennis/Pickleball Club..six pickleball courts and four tennis courts offering lessons for both adults and children.
You are only a short bicycle or golf cart ride to the rest of the island ammenties including two 18 hole championship golf courses, marina, island excursions, cabana club, playground, restaurants and camp fripp for the kids. If you're looking for the best kept vacation secret then Fripp Island is for YOU!! NO pets or smoking please!!
**It is necessary to purchase club cards (through the owner) if you would like to enjoy the Island Amenities such as the swimming pools, golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants and excursions. Adults and children (age 13 and older) are required to each have a card. Cards are $50 each from Memoral Day through Labor Day and $35 each for the "Off" season. ALL FRIPP ISLAND RENTALS are required to pay a resort fee of 12.8% (of the gross rental amount...before taxes, cleaning ect.) if you order cards. If you choose NOT to use the Island Amenities, then the 12.8% tax WILL NOT be charged.

Other Fees
Rates do not include a 11% state/county tax and a 1% island fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel within 90 days of your guest stay, there will be a $100.00 cancelation fee and no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
