Welcome to 101 Ocean Point Drive! Where the Party's At! A beautiful 5400 square foot three-story home located on the Ocean Point Golf Course with gorgeous golf course and ocean views! Just 700 yards to the Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point pool, and beach access 1A (at low tide), and just a short golf cart ride away from numerous beach access points with all day beach.
 
This spacious six-bedroom, six and a half bath home sleeps 26 with much room to spare! All bedrooms have private bathrooms and most bedrooms are equipped with sleeping arrangements for families of 4 or more, and is perfect for large families, weddings, golf groups, meetings, and reunions. Features include 3 full size refrigerators, 4 mini refrigerators plus 2 extra ice makers, separate wet bar off the living room, 1200 square foot living room and additional 450 square foot connected sunroom, 8 TVs, covered party patio with a ping pong table, fire pit, corn hole, and large screened-in porch with amazing views!
 
OWNER MANAGED 

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are available for purchase. 7-day cards are currently $55 per person. These cards are required for all guests over the age of 13 for access to all resort amenities, including golf courses and tennis courts, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more.
 

Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

There are also many off island options for rentals, restaurants, and golf.

All stays include the use of one electric golf cart.

Main floor: 

Bedroom #1 Two Queen beds, sliding door to the front porch, large walk in closet, large shower, private toilet closet, his and her vanities, and jacuzzi tub.

 
Bedroom #2 King bed, twin futon, sliding door to the front porch, full bath with shower.
 
Bedroom#3 King bed, full bath.
 
 
Upstairs:
Bedroom #4 Queen bed, three twin beds, full bath
 
Bedroom #5 Queen bed, one twin bed, twin futon, full bath
 
 
Lower Level:
Bedroom #6 two sets of twin over full size bunk beds, one twin bed with pull out trundle, full bath.
 
 
Huge event house that can easily accommodate over 100 guests! Event requirements: Must purchase $80 insurance waver and add additional $350 cleaning fee. Our home is a certified wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. 
 
Trash service picks up on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Please replace the bungee cords to prevent animals from helping themselves and leaving a mess. 
 
2024 base rates include golf cart: 
Add 11% tax and $350 cleaning fee.
Amenity cards are available for purchase.

Payments & Policies

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.
