Welcome to 101 Ocean Point Drive, Where the Party's At, a beautiful 5400 square foot three-story home located on holes #10 and #11 of Ocean Point Golf Course and is just 700 yards to the Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point pool, and beach access 1A (at low tide), and just a short golf cart ride away from numerous beach access points with all day beach.
 
This six-bedroom, six and a half bath home sleeps 23-26 with 14 beds plus a trundle and 2 twin futons and is perfect for large families, weddings, golf groups, meetings, and reunions. Features include 3 full size refrigerators, 2 mini refrigerators plus 1 extra ice maker, separate wet bar off the living room, 1200 square foot living room and additional 450 square foot connected sunroom, 8 TVs, covered party patio with a ping pong table, and large screened-in porch with amazing views of Ocean Point Golf Course and the ocean! It comfortably accommodates up to 26 people with room to spare. 
 
Pets are considered.
 
Main floor:
Bedroom #1 Two Queen beds, sliding door to the front porch, two large walk in closets, large shower, private toilet closet, his and her vanities, and jacuzzi tub.
 
Bedroom #2 King bed, twin futon, sliding door to the front porch, full bath with shower.

Our home is a certified wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. 
Fripp Deer: Please only feed treats in our yard. Feeding the deer on the street causes deer to associate food with cars and golf carts and can be dangerous if they run in the road. And please don't feed the deer corn or junk food. They will eat it, but it's hard on their digestive systems and will cause health problems. 
Fripp Kitties: We have a colony of feral cats. Frannie is the calico, Smokey, and an array of Butters… Butterscotch, Buttercup, Peanut Butter, and Nutter Butter. Please feed one scoop of cat food in the morning on the front porch. The cat food is in the laundry room closet. If any cat food is left on the porch in the evening, the raccoons and possums will come finish it off. No need for alarm. They will run away if you open the door. Please don’t corner them. 
 
Trash service picks up on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Please replace the bungee cords to prevent animals from helping themselves and leaving a mess. 
 
2022/2023 base rates include golf cart: 
Add 11% tax and $350 cleaning fee.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. 
$125 pet fee per pet
 
Security deposit is your choice of a refundable $1000 OR non-refundable $80 insurance waver

Rates do not include accommodations state/county tax. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.
