Come enjoy a spacious 5-bedroom/3.5 bath home, perfect for family getaways and entertaining. It is walking distance to a beach access walk to enjoy the solitude of Fripp beaches! Come see what the Fripp life is all about as you golf cart around the community. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the front porch and watch the deer meander through the yard during the day.
A perfect home for entertaining with a large living and dining area that is open for large families to enjoy their time together. The upstairs has both a front and rear porch to enjoy the sounds of the ocean as you sit in the comfort of screened areas. 3 bedrooms are upstairs including the primary bedroom along with 2 full baths and 1 half-bath. Take the front outside stairs to the downstairs space which is a space all to itself. Two bedrooms, living/dining area and full bath create a perfect apartment-style space. The master room daybeds/trundle offers additional sleeping arrangements perfect for children/teens (sleeps an additional 2 people).
A 6-seat electric golf cart comes with the rental.
There are currently 3 adult bikes and 4-6 beach chairs available to use along with various beach toys. Sibumi Shade available to rent for $40/week
Amenity cards are available for purchase with this rental. Club cards are necessary to enjoy golf courses, tennis courts, pools and some restaurants on Fripp for guests 13 years and older. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $25 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

I have been visiting Fripp for over 30 years and have stayed in many places but this was clean, well stocked, conveniently located, an awesome floor plan and the most comfortable beds ! We had a great stay at 703 Amberjack for the month of March! Can't say enough on how helpful Sarah was if we needed anything, Sarah even found us a dog walker at the last moment. The house is fabulous and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and has just about anything you are looking for!!! My husband was so happy with the ice cream scoop that I have to go out and get him one just like it!! (the little things that make people happy)!! We did have trouble finding network stations and playoffs on the TV, but that could just be us! (maybe a small how to instructions might be helpful to others)................Hopefully if things work out we can come again!!! Thanks Sarah!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The property owners were highly responsive, ensured a smooth check-in process and promptly addressed any inquiries we had. They also supplied a wealth of useful information, from local dining recommendations to activity suggestions, which greatly enhanced our visit. The rental itself appeared to have been recently updated, featuring a nice, modern feel. It was in a very good location, just seconds from the beach access (though a long pier to get to the beach because of the marsh between the access point and the sand) while simultaneously tucked away, avoiding any foot traffic from others. It was an easy golf cart ride to the local attractions as well. The property had an open floor plan, which really encouraged interaction among our group. This layout made it easy for everyone to participate in conversations and group activities, making our stay more enjoyable and social. Overall, our experience at this property was delightful and we would stay there again.
