"Surfside Villa" is true oceanfront and just steps from the island's best beach via private beach access. Relax on the patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. The ocean view can also be enjoyed from the living room, dining area, kitchen and primary bedroom. Lay in bed and watch the sun rise.
Recently and tastefully decorated, the first floor has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with slider to private ocean view patio and a full size washer and dryer. The living room includes a new queen size sleeper sofa. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary suite has a new king bed and en suite bath. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed and twin bed.
A private pool for Captain John Fripp Villa guests is just steps from your patio. If you have purchased the optional amenities cards you have full use of The Beach Club which is adjacent, with an adult pool, Olympic pool, Fripp Ship gift shop, exercise room and food court. Have a cocktail at The Sandbar where live music is often played. Amenities cards also give you access to additional pools, golf, tennis, on island dining, marina, excursions and more!
Included for your indoor enjoyment are a DVD player, family games, tv's in living room and bedrooms and for outdoor fun there is a corn hole game, bocce set, paddle ball game and 4 beach chairs. Like to sip coffee while enjoying the sunrise? Keurig, drip, French press and an espresso pot are available for all your caffeine needs. A Weber charcoal grill is available too.
Amenities
Fripp Island Resort Club Cards are available to be purchased. The cost during peak season is $50 / week for adults 13 years or older. Kids 12 and under do not need cards.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
This property does include a golf cart.
Property also provides free WiFi access.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Great week at Fripp! Unit is conveniently located. Clean and updated. There is no restroom on the lower level so if climbing stairs is a problem, then this may not be the unit for you.
What a wonderful stay we had on Fripp! The owners are very pleasant to work with!
everything was quite nice and well furnished. The loud music directly outside the bedroom windows Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday nights until 10 PM should have been clearly disclosed to help plan/prepare/avoid as children were unable to sleep while it was underway multiple nights. black handle knives seemed to be hazardous & could be considered to be removed, kitchen scruffy sponge to help wash dishes would help; otherwise was well furnished/appointed. Really loved the back patio furniture!
Our family of four stayed here and had a great time! Condo is clean and up to date, great ocean view and short walk to the beach and the pool was also very nice as well. It is right next to the beach club so the music can be loud at night when your trying to go to sleep on certain nights. We opted out of purchasing the club cards due to the high resort fees and club card fees per person. We found restaurants off the island, visited hunting island and kayaked with Beaufort Lands End paddling, which I highly recommend! We love Fripp Island and will continue to visit!
Pros: A/C stayed very cold. Lots of kitchen pans to make cooking dinner easy. Hose at back door made coming in from the beach super easy. Cons: No bathrooms on first floor. Next to beach club, so live music was super loud until midnight. Condo says it comes with games, but games were lame (Friends Trivia, Connect 4, Slamwhich)
We had a wonderful time at Surfside Villa! There was an ample amount of kitchen items to do basic cooking with, which was perfect for us as we are not into dining out often. (Ice maker works but is a little slow to produce - it would be helpful to have some ice trays as well) Mere steps to the boardwalk and then right onto the beach was amazing plus the view of the ocean (over the dunes) was lovely to look at and HEAR throughout the day. (Note: back patio area is small, which worked well for adults). There were bikes available in the shed, to ride all over the island on and many different styles of beach chairs to borrow. Very handy to have! My husband and I plus our fur babies would definitely stay here again!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa was very clean and well appointed. Perfect ocean views. Owner checked in with us to ask if we had any questions. Perfect location on the island with easy, and best beach access. Only negative was proximity to the Beach Club pool. We weren"t bothered, but you can hear the live band and crowd noise. They didnt play late during our stay. i would definitely stay here again.
