Welcome to “The Coastal Coop”!  Located in the quiet neighborhood of Sawgrass Bluffs, this lovely Lowcountry home offers the perfect setting for an island getaway.  Relax and enjoy yourself in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with room for up to 10 guests.  Hop in the included golf cart to enjoy the private, community pool and the nearby crabbing dock on the amazing salt marsh. 

The primary bedroom, located on the main level, has a king bed and a full ensuite.  Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.  A hallway bunk, on the main floor, provides sleeping for 2 more guests.
 
The living room, with a casual coastal design has plenty of room for family movie night or relaxing after a day at the beach.  The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, fostering the opportunity for loved ones to gather around the dining table and build enduring memories.
 
Fripp has over 3 miles of beaches a short cart ride away, and great walking trails through the maritime forest and marsh.  The wildlife on Fripp is truly amazing with hundreds of bird species, whitetail deer and loggerhead turtles, there is magic at every turn.
 
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Updated house throughout with designer finishings and highend furnishings. Screened in back patio with seating and a swing. Front yard has kids swing, hammock and 6 chairs around a soho fire pit. Gas grill available off of back deck. Sawgrass, our neighborhood, has its own private pool for owners and guests. Next to the pool is the treehouse playground. Also included in this neighborhood is its own private crabbing dock.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s). If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
