Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the wonderful marsh and water views on the 1st level of this home. The spacious porch is perfect for entertaining friends and family, or just soaking up the beauty and the wonder of all that Fripp has to offer! Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from both porches. There are 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor, with access to the 1st level porch. The foyer is tastefully decorated in a marvelous beachy decor.

A 4 seat electric golf cart from Beaufort Carts is included with this rental. Fripp Island Club Cards are NOT included or offered with this rental.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We enjoyed our labor day weekend at 862 Fiddler's Ridge. The house is private and spacious. The deck overlooking the marsh was a popular spot all weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. We look forward to being return guests! The Ellison's Charleston SC
We enjoyed our stay here! It was some of the families first time to Fripp and we all are in love with Fripp! Enjoyed the quietness of the area and all the wildlife. Wished the parking was a little bit better but we made do.
The view is amazing! The house feels like a treehouse on the marsh. There was plenty of room so we did not feel on top of each other.
This may be our new favorite place on the island! The views were incredible and the house has plenty of space for two families, easily. It was very clean and very well kept with updates and everything you need for a perfect getaway! We will absolutely be back, and this is the first place we will look to check availability.
