Our family fell in love with Fripp 18 years ago when we were stationed at the Air Station in Beaufort. It is definately our favorite place to be & we are thrilled to share our home & this amazing island with you. We LOVE the location of our home. It is why we purchased it. It is centeral to everything. Just a quick 30 second golf cart ride to the Beach or the Marina. Both are also close enough to walk to or ride your bike to. We are also only 1.5 minutes (golf cart) to the Olympic pool & food court and the Family cabana club and pool. Our kids love being so close to everything. We also love having access to the golf course. Our home sits on the 18th Green & it is our favorite spot to walk out to watch the sunset....it is so beautiful & peaceful....you will definitely need to add it to your "to do"list when you visit. We also love having our morning coffee or evening dinner on the screened in patio. It is so relaxing and we love all the deer that come by and visit.....We are certain you will love it as much as we do!

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
A full refund is granted for a cancellation 90 days before arrival. A 2/3 refund is given for a cancellation between 60 and 90 days of arrival. A 1/3 refund is granted for cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival except during March through September, that is non refundable. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival at any time. However, if we can re-rent your rental period,
all monies will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.

When we arrived the gate did not have our name or reservation . I contacted Barbie , the owner of this home and she was amazing . She had everything squared away in 15 minutes and communicated with me throughout the stay . So not only was the owner amazing , the house was amazing . Very clean and well laid out , had everything we could want or need . I highly recommend this property .
