The open-concept living and dining room is highlighted by a wall of french doors leading out to the expansive back deck. Cozy up in one of two day-bed-swings to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening libation as you listen to the waves rolling in. There is plenty of room for everyone to take it all in.
The over-sized primary bedroom has a private balcony on the upper level and a beautiful ensuite with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Also on the upper level, there is a queen guest room with an ensuite bath and office space for the occasional email. The lower level boasts 2 additional rooms, 1 king and 1 queen, each with their own ensuite bath. The king guest room also has a beautiful, clawfoot tub. The remaining bedroom on the lower level is a queen. All of the guest rooms offer bright, clean décor and comfortable amenities like TVs.
When you’re ready to explore, the included golf cart will get you to all the great spots on the island. Enjoy lunch at one of the golf clubs, go for a dip and a tiki drink at the Cabana Club or tootle over to the Crabbing dock for a chance to catch dinner. Fripp has plenty to do and see; you’ll be amazed at the wildlife and the beaches are the best!

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
