Overview
Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary, with deer grazing in the yards, Loggerhead Sea Turtles nesting and hatching on our shores, and bike paths all over the island. The 1BR1BA cottage is steps away from the boardwalk and the best beach on the island! It looks out over part of a vacant lot so is “kind of” ocean front. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore. The ocean is quite shallow for a long way out, which makes it great for swimming.
Pets are welcome, but MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
