Inside, the open living area features 10’ ceilings, new hardwood floors, and a fully updated chef’s kitchen ideal for shared meals and effortless entertaining. Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy for groups to spread out, reconnect, and enjoy time together. The screened-in porch overlooking the fairway is a favorite spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and long conversations.
The home offers a king master suite with its own private screened porch, a serene queen suite on the main level, and two additional guest rooms designed for comfort—creating a layout that works beautifully for larger groups who want both connection and privacy.
Outside, you’ll find a 2-car garage, plus a covered space beneath the home perfect for grilling, relaxing, and unwinding around the outdoor fire pit. A retractable hose on the side of the garage provides easy clean-up for beach gear, golf clubs, bikes, and anything groups bring along for their stay. Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.
The house was immaculate and so accommodating for our every need. We love to cook and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans for a great home-cooked meal. We had everything we needed to enjoy the indoors and outdoors. The family room was very cozy and all the outdoor space was spectacular for a total of 3 porches! We have a 3 year old and 6 year old and they loved the bunk beds! It's also so nice to have the extra bedroom and ensuite on the first floor. This makes it perfect floor-plan to bring the in-laws in the future. The location is right in the middle of everything. Such a beautiful property! 5 stars! We will be back!

This house is absolutely perfect! The moment my family and I approached the house I knew it was special. Not only is it gorgeous, but it's the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. Every inch of the house was spotless and the owners Jen and Kelly were incredible from start to finish. The house is two minutes from the beach which was very important to us as well. It's even close to the marina which was so much fun for the kiddos, and the golf courses are a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely be back soon because one visit to this house just isn't enough.

Our stay at Bonito Bliss in Fripp Island was nothing short of amazing - so much so that my husband and I are now considering buying a property on the island. The home is beautiful and offered everything we needed; access to the beach and pools was easy; the neighbors were super friendly; and the property management team was always helpful and responsive. Bonito Bliss was a perfect, little getaway for my family, and we cannot wait to go back! Thank you for being such incredible hosts.
