What makes 718 Winter Trout the perfect place for your vacation?

This stunning 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath DIRECT oceanfront home was designed and built with your family and friends in mind!  There's plenty of room....to be exact, there's 3735 square feet of living space, 680 square feet of porches and 710 square feet of deck to comfortably house 18 guests.  

The uppermost level has 2 bedrooms (each with a king sized bed and private bath) with doors that open to the full deck and porches overlooking the ocean.  There's also a large kitchen (with TWO refrigerators), dining room, open living room, and a powder room. There is plenty of seating for large groups! There is also a gas grill available for guests to use.
 
The downstairs main level has three additional king bedrooms - each with their own full bath.  There is an additional bedroom on this level with has 3 sets of fabulous bunks (this bedroom also has its own full bath). The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.  All four of the bedrooms on this level open up to a large living room / game room with large sectional sofa/TV, wet bar with microwave and icemaker, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and a classic Pac Man arcade game.  There is plenty here for hours of enjoyment when not at the beach!  This level also opens up to a large deck and porches overlooking the ocean.
 
The Boardwalk is perfect for large groups or multiple families.

Access to resort amenities is optional as a guest at our home.  If you wish to include access to these amenities with your stay, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received. Nightly stays including weekends may be restricted by holidays, etc.--check with the PM for confirmation.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards accepted (There is a 2.9% transaction fee charged by the credit card processing company) Also accepted eCheck (Electronic check) (There is no transaction fee charged for eCheck processing)

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
