Welcome to your ultimate beachfront getaway! You are in for a treat in this large oceanfront home, updated and stylishly decorated throughout. Enjoy sunrises with your coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine on the deck off of the family room while you take in the 220° views of the Atlantic.
As you enter the property, you’ll appreciate the open concept floor plan with a large family room, dining area and chef’s kitchen. A large area offers plenty of seating for everyone and is perfect for catching up.
The chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a beach picnic or create a special occasion meal. There are two sinks and an oversized island, as well as double ovens and all the cooking equipment you could need.
The primary ensuite is located on the main level. It has a private deck overlooking the beach and a double vanity ensuite bath. There are 2 additional guest suites on this level, each with a Queen bed.
On the lower level, you will find a family room with tons of seating and a TV for family movie nights. Also on the lower level is a bar with sink, beverage center and icemaker. A twin guest room (2 twins) is located on the lower level as well as a full bath.
Access to the beautiful Carolina room with deep seating and a dining table is off the family room. The lower level deck offers a great place to relax and listen to the waves hitting the shore. The Flamingo Room offers an area to relax and have peace and quiet.
When you’re ready to explore the island, hop on the 6-seater golf cart, included with your stay, and head to the beach, golf course or marina and enjoy all that Fripp has to offer including dining, golf, tennis and truly incredible wildlife.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $300 pet fee for the pet. An additional $1000 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
