Overview
New to Fripp Island rental market. Enjoy an island getaway in this newly renovated home. Located on a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac on Blue Heron Lake, you will have amazing views of the lake and wildlife from the deck and screened porch.
Take advantage of the beautiful vistas from the large, bright living room which has plenty of seating centered by a fireplace and large TV, perfect for family gatherings and movie nights. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing sit down dinners to enjoy in the adjacent dining room or on the back deck.
This 2,500 square foot home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. There are 2 king ensuites, perfect for families traveling together. On the main floor, you'll find the first King bedroom which has a full ensuite with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. In addition, there are a queen guestroom, and a bunk room on this level, with a queen and xl-twin bunk bed, that share a bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the other king with full ensuite. The den has a pullout queen sofa to sleep 2 more guests.
Take advantage of the gas grill on the deck to prepare a barbeque meal for the whole gang. Then hop on a bike for a quick ride around the neighborhood. This property has 2 adult bikes and 1 teen bike. A 4 seat golf cart is also included with your stay and is the best way to get to the nearby beach. Take in all the nature and wildlife as you tootle around the island. The Resort amenities include several pools and dining options as well as world class golf, tennis and more. Club cards are available.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

WOW! This newly renovated and new to the rental market home has it all. The owners have outfitted this home as if they were living here full time, it has it all. We couldn't get enough of the view, which is fantastic and private. We stumbled upon this home and are so glad we had an opportunity to enjoy it! We would highly recommend this home for your next trip to Fripp!

Excellent Rental. The location was quiet, with a view of Blue Heron Lake. There was plenty of space for three teenage boys. The kitchen was stocked nicely with all the essentials, and the gas grill was also a plus. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we plan on booking again next year. 5 Stars

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is spacious and very clean and well-updated. The location is great - in the cove away from the constant golf cart traffic on the other main roads. But still easy to access all the attractions on the island. I enjoyed the privacy and views afforded by the lagoon in the back. Coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening on the deck enjoying the scenery and peace and quiet.
This house is awesome. Very comfortable, electric golf cart and a gs grill on back deck that is a perfect set up. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at 432 Widgeon Cove. The house is located on a private, wooded lot with a great view of Blue Heron Lake. The house is very spacious and newly renovated. Check-in was a breeze and the house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of pillows. There were beach chairs and an electric golf cart as well. The owner was very welcoming and quick to answer all of my questions. We had everything we needed for a great week at Fripp! I highly recommend this property!
