Guest cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Guest cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Amazing home with everything you would need and more for a great vacation. The home had great ocean views and easy proximity to the beach access. I would definitely stay again with a large group.

Our family absolutely loved this house and Fripp Island! The pictures and description do not do it justice. The main living area with the kitchen, dining, family and sitting room were our favorites! So much space that our family of 22 never felt crowded. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the views were much better than we expected! We did have the disappointment of not being able to check in at 4 because the cleaners were not finished until 5:45. Yikes! We waited in the driveway that whole time because they kept coming out and saying they were almost done. So, we had some pretty crabby travelers after a 14 hour drive. I just kept hoping that the home would be wonderful and clean and that would help change the mood. Well... we were completely blown away by how spotless the home was! We have rented homes this large for 12 years now and this home was far and above the cleanest. Yay! The staff at Fripp Island staff were very friendly and the property manager was awesome as well. Thanks so much!
What a beautiful place to call home for a week! The owner/property manager was AMAZING! Very responsive and always very helpful! We had a large group and everyone loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Definitely would stay again as well as recommend!

Hands-down, the best property we have found after coming to Fripp for 10 years! If you are traveling with a large group with children, this is absolutely the place for you. We fit 5 families comfortably, and this property had everything needed to entertain kids while having an incredible proximity to the beach. The owners were fantastic to work with and answered any questions we had immediately! Thank you for a wonderful week of memories and we can’t wait to return to this property
Our large group has been vacationing at Fripp for several years. This was our first time staying in this home and will not be our last. The property is so spacious. You will not be disappointed. This was also our first time renting through Fripp Island Stay and it was also a pleasure. Our property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. It was a great experience. I would give 10 stars if I could ! Looking forward to next year !!!
715 Swordfish Road property is a lovely vacation rental. Lots of space, both indoors and out, to allow or guests of all ages to enjoy themselves. Property management staff members are so responsive and helpful. Kudos to them for taking such good care of us.
