Welcome to Frippin’ Blessed! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers open-concept living with plenty of space for up to 8 guests to relax and reconnect. Thoughtfully updated and beautifully maintained, this beach retreat captures the easy charm of island life while providing all the comforts of home.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised bar ideal for casual dining. A Carolina Room adds extra space for games, movies, or a quiet morning coffee before heading out to explore.
Outside, unwind on the extended deck under the stars, enjoy dinner al fresco, or roast marshmallows around the backyard fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect way to end a classic Fripp Island day.
Located just a short golf cart ride from Fripp’s beaches, pools, golf courses, and restaurants, 703 Skipjack Road offers a relaxed, family-friendly setting in the heart of the island. Whether you’re enjoying the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, spotting deer at sunset, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze, this welcoming home makes it easy to slow down and savor every moment on Fripp.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
One of our favorite places so far! Very nicely decorated and comfortable for a family. Lots of seating inside and out. Great location too!
