Named for the owners’ son, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is ideal for families and small groups, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. It’s a place where beach days turn into relaxed evenings filled with laughter and time together.
Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, flowing easily into the kitchen and dining spaces. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised bar for casual meals and morning coffee. The Carolina Room provides extra space for movie nights, games, or a quiet break after a day in the sun.
The primary bedroom features a king bed as well as an ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed while the third bedroom contains 2 twins.
Outside is where the hideaway truly shines. Set on a sizable private lot, the home offers a rare sense of space and privacy on the island. The extended deck is perfect for grilling, gathering with friends and family, or enjoying a favorite beverage as the evening breeze sets in. A backyard fire pit and Adirondack chairs complete the old-town beach vibe that feels more like a secret retreat than a typical rental.
A 6-seat golf cart is included, making it easy to explore Fripp Island. Cruise to the beach, pool, golf, or dining in minutes from this centrally located home, then return to the quiet charm of a gravel road setting. Whether you’re here for family fun, wildlife spotting, or pure relaxation, Harp’s Hideaway is the perfect place to slow down and savor island life.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
