Six can sleep comfortably after a day of exploring the island with a comfortable queen-size bed in each bedroom, a queen-size pull-out sofa bed downstairs and a twin-size day bed upstairs.

If you don’t have time to cook out, check out the two delis on the island for a variety of sandwiches, salads or snacks. With an amenity card, there are additional restaurant and snack options, as well as five crystal blue pools, a state-of-the-art gym for your workouts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and of course award winning golf courses. Don’t forget to stop off by the outside ocean front sand bar for your favorite cocktail; there is usually a DJ or live music playing. There is endless fun in the sun on fabulous Fripp Island!!
Non-Smoking
This property offers the option to enjoy all of the pools, restaurants, and other amenities included within the Fripp Island Resort. If you choose to purchase Club cards to get this full access for your stay, a 12.8% resort fee will be calculated based on the rental amount before cleaning, taxes, and other fees, and will be added along with the cost of individual Club cards needed.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

7 Periwinkle did not disappoint! It is in a quiet part of the island with marsh views. We watched the sunset each night and enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the marsh. The home is updated and clean. The outdoor shower was great on the way in from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are updated nicely. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The beds were very comfortable. Molly the property manager was great to work with and responded quickly when we had a question.

Great house for the perfect getaway. Fripp is one of my family's favorite places to stay. This home was no exception. There were three adults and one child, and we had a great amount of room to relax and have fun. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Took my 4-year-old to the adventure center on the island to learn about the gators on the island and it was a great experience. Ready to book our next stay.
A fantastic rental experience. 7 Periwinkle is an immaculately maintained property offering a beautiful view, updated appliances, very comfortable beds, and a spacious living area. This will be our go to rental on Fripp.
