There is a comfortable queen-size bed in each bedroom, a queen-size pull-out sofa bed downstairs and a twin-size day bed upstairs.  The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with tile showers, tile floors and glass shower doors, the dining room area has seating for six and a bar area for additional seating.  There are granite counter tops throughout the kitchen area and it is fully stocked with everything needed for a longer stay.  Additionally, there is a dedicated coffee bar area with a regular drip and Keurig coffee maker.  There is high speed WIFI internet available upon arrival.

Enjoy a quiet day at the beach using the six beach chairs available for use and come back to relax in the comforts of home while grilling a ribeye steak, or delicious burger on the full-size Char-Broil gas grill. Have a cocktail on the large west-facing back deck overlooking the beautiful salt marsh, or get a closer look by sitting on the lower-level patio area.  Savor your early morning coffee while watching the deer, racoon families, otters and numerous species of birds flying by while they hunt and fish for their food.  Take a scenic tour of the island on bicycles available for rent or load up the included 4-seater golf cart for a trip to the many beach accesses.  Walk across the nearby picturesque boardwalk and throw a crab trap in the water and see what you find!   

If you don’t have time to prepare a meal, check out the two delis on the island for a variety of sandwiches, salads or snacks.  With an amenity card, there are additional restaurant and snack options, as well as five crystal blue pools, a state-of-the-art gym for your workouts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and of course award-winning golf courses.  Don’t forget to stop off by the outside ocean front Sand Bar for your favorite cocktail; there is usually a DJ or live music playing.

Take a day trip to Hunting Island State Park right next door and hike their many trails.  Be sure and go early to find an array of sand dollars and starfish.  Don’t forget to see the iconic lighthouse or sign up for an exciting kayaking tour of the area.  There is endless fun in the sun on fabulous Fripp Island!!
