Get ready for a beautiful island getaway! This fully updated villa is located in the Village of Newhaven and has an oceanview as well as a view of the Ocean Point pool. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, there is room for up to 7 guests.
Enjoy relaxing on the large deck overlooking the Atlantic with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. As you step into the open-concept living areas you’ll find comfortable coastal décor and plenty of room for family meals and movie nights. A cozy reading nook is a great place to unwind after a day exploring the island.
The kitchen has stainless appliances and is designed with all you need to prep quick lunches or delicious family dinners. All you need is included from cookware to dinnerware and everything in between. A passthrough to the dining room makes serving a breeze.
Each of the bedrooms include fresh, tasteful design for your comfort. The king ensuite is roomy and even has a writing desk for those occasional emails or a little work-from-home time. The ensuite has a double vanity, a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, along with a twin bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunkroom has twin bunks as well as a crib. For families with little ones, this villa has also made available a high chair, a booster seat and a changing table. There is also a safety rail that can be used on any one of the twin beds.
Explore the island in the golf cart which is included with your stay. It’s the best way to get to all the beach access points and discover the beauty and wildlife on Fripp Island. Take part in a round of golf, on one of the two championship courses, or some mixed doubles at the Raquet Club. Club cards are available and are used to enjoy dining on the island, swimming at the many pools and enjoying umbrella drinks at two waterside beach bars. There is plenty to do and see on a coastal getaway.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
