652 New Haven is a two story 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Newhaven villa. The Newhaven complex has one of the best views on Fripp Island as it sits right at the point of Ocean Point. You will enjoy watching fabulous sunsets on the deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Ocean Point Pool. Due to the unique positioning of our condo, there are ocean views from virtually every window in every room. 652 Newhaven is a few short steps to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, and one of the two award winning golf courses on the island.
This relaxing villa features an eat-in kitchen including new cabinets, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances. Tthe large array of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots, and pans will make cooking as fun in this kitchen as it is in your own.
The primary bathroom has a huge walk in shower with side sprayers and overhead rain shower for a luxurious experience. Double sinks, new granite counter tops and tile flooring. Up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably as there are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds.
Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more. All stays include the use of a 6-seater golf cart.
Gas grills are available in the courtyard common area. There is even a private room that is perfect for family gatherings (available with notice).

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
We stayed at 652 Newhaven Ct for Thanksgiving weekend. It was perfect for our family of 4! The views from the bedrooms and living room were beautiful. The kitchen was so well equipped we were able to make pies and casseroles with every gadget possible in the drawers. We all loved the shower in the primary bedroom and the bedroom doors were so solid you couldn’t hear a thing from room to room. In fact, the property was very quiet and lovely the entire weekend. The kids loved the puzzles and games. We all loved exploring the island in the golf cart :) The car park is under the condo and condo is one level above ground so there are 2-3 flights of stairs before you reach the front door, but we were ok with that. Thank you for letting us stay here. We would stay again for sure.
652 New Haven was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. Although our stay was chilly, the view of the ocean was amazing. Plus, the kitchen is new and beautiful. The primary shower, however, was the most amazing shower I have even used. You could have a party of twelve in there (we didn't, of course). The finishes are high end, even the mirrors were top of the line with LED back lights for a great nightlight or extra light for applying makeup. My husband and I used the living room swivel chairs daily to work and watch the skies. The shell collecting was also really great. The ambiance across the entire island is safe and private. Quiet. Calm. I needed this! It is also my understanding that the owner might even upgrade the carpet (which would be nice, but not required). I particularly love the aqua tones on the walls.

Our time at Fripp was wonderful as usual - this condo was very comfortable and the views were amazing. Being steps away from the beach was awesome. We will definitely choose this condo again. The property manager was spot on and communicated with excellence over any issues we had - no complaints here.
As a person that relies heavily on reviews to aid in my decisions, I want to be as detailed as possible. I’ll start with what could have been better. It took the fridge 2 full days to cool. On top of that, the ice maker made about 12 pieces of ice per day. Seems small, but when your drinks aren’t cooling, it was pretty frustrating. Additionally, the balcony had no working light. While mgmt was responsive with a light bulb (which we thought originally was the problem), it didn’t fix the problem. And the two chairs in the living room make annoying noises with any movement. That being said, the beds were all comfortable. It was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. The views (from each room) are incredible. I don’t think the location could get better. The sitting area outside for the entire complex is even nice. The main shower is phenomenal with room for everyone’s stuff. The golf cart was nice and fast (enough so to have zero complaints from our teenagers) and the cup holders for the 3rd row are a nice touch. Also, there is a tv in each room which the listing does not outline so that was nice. And there were box fans available for the rooms for additional noise and cooling, which I considered an added bonus. And, while I’ve seen a few reviews about the many stairs, they weren’t nearly as bad as I anticipated. And worth it for the views in my opinion. I would def stay here again!
We have been staying on Fripp for 15 years and this was our favorite condo. The view and ocean breeze were amazing. The condo offered plenty of room for our family of 5. Nice quality furnishings. The upgraded Master bath was a nice treat each day. The Golf Cart was AWESOME! Only thing we thought that could improve the stay were taller chairs on the balcony, we just couldn't get enough of the ocean breeze and beautiful view. Hope to stay here again... and we don't get priced out by the increasing fees from the New Fripp Management :(
