650 New Haven has a large well-equipped chef's kitchen with farmhouse sink, nugget ice-maker, dishwasher, and glass cooktop. Tons of counter space makes preparing meals easy. The coffee bar has everything you need to make a gourmet cup of coffee while the adjacent breakfast nook is perfect for casual meals.
Living/Dining areas are open concept, with shiplap walls providing a beachy vibe (renovations in progress). Enjoy meals or game night at the West Elm dining table which sits six comfortably as is, but can be extended to seat 10 for larger groups. There's a collection of games suitable for all ages in the cabinet in next to the fireplace.
The liviing room has new Joybird sofa and chairs (arriving in March), a glass-tiled electric fireplace for cozy evenings and an amazing ocean view. The Samsung Frame TV above the fireplace (to be installed) displays amazing art, but you can still enjoy the game in high-def when it's in TV mode. A convenient half-bath is located just off the dining area.
Just off the living room is a deck with high-top dining for 4, plus two comfy adirondack chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the water and the sunset.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king-sized Sleep Number bed and a wall-mounted television. Fall asleep with the sounds of the waves and wake up with the spectacular view of the sun dancing across the water. The master bath ensuite is undergoing a full renovation and will boast double-sinks, huge glassed in shower and a brand-new closet area with vanity.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a spacious laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a king bed and wall mounted television. A classic white desk lets you check emails or get in that conference call with views of the ocean, while the cozy chair is a great place to curl up with a book. Inside the large closet is room for hanging clothes, as well as a dresser and make-up area. The ensuite bathrrom has a tub and sophisticated black vanity, making getting ready for the day (or the evening) easy.
Bedroom 3 can be for a couple, a family, or a room for all the kids. This bedroom boasts a brand-new queen sized bed from Brooklyn Bedding, a twin-over-full bunkbed, plus a twin trundle. Wake-up in the queen bed to the sunrise drifting over the water and the sight of the waves crashing on the shore. The ensuite bath has a tub and white vanity with plenty of storage space. The large closet has plenty of hanging space, as well as a dresser for clothes storage.
In bedroom 3, the wall-mounted television means the kids can watch their shows while the adults enjoy a quiet evening downstairs.
Carpeting in bedrooms 2 & 3 will be replaced with luxury vinyl plank.
Amenities Cards are available for purchase. Guest cards are required to access all resort amenities: Activity Center, Camp Fripp, swimming pools, restaurants, bars and more.
Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card.
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
