Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. The cost during peak season is $50 / week for adults 13 years or older. Kids 12 and under do not need cards. $35 during the off season
This property does include a golf cart.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the club card for access to the resort amenities.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Our family has been visiting Fripp for the past 17 years. We usually rent a big house but we had to split up our group this year into two locations. This condo Was surprisingly well stocked with kitchen items, and the extra icemaker in the kitchen was an added bonus! Also having to spaces in the common area for TV viewing and relaxing was really very helpful! We had our young adult children and several of their friends so it was nice that they had an area away from our bedroom door to have a light not space to hang out! Beautiful decor and wonderful view of the ocean right outside! I can’t speak for the other bedrooms but the primary bed was more comfortable than our own bed at home! It has a memory foam topper. When we got back home we didn’t sleep as well in our own bed so we had to order one for ourselves. Lots of storage space for personal items, groceries, etc.
Our stay at 634 New Haven Court was great. It is a beautiful well-furnished Condo and came with a golf cart to use. The owners were great to work with, the Island was very nice, and I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a new experience and we will definitely go back again.
We loved our stay! The condo was very spacious for our group (6 adults). We watched dolphins off the deck every day!! We did have an unexpected issue when the hot the hot water heater went out, but the owner contacted the property manager and they had the issue fixed quickly! Communication was great!
Wonderful condo in a beautiful spot! The condo was very spacious and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking essentials. The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds, tv's, and ceiling fans. Water pressure was perfect and the water got hot! Air condition worked wonderfully which is a MUST. We've been coming to Fripp for almost 20 years and have stayed all over the island in houses and condos. This is one of the nicest and cleanest! The property manager, Marnie, was a pleasure to work with and she was very helpful. Everyone is looking for a different island experience, so my review is on our accommodations only. I highly recommend it!
Great location and condo is in great shape with awesome view. Well equipped kitchen and the ice maker was a life saver. Had a small issue on check in at the gate and the property managers handled it right away. Couldnt be better
beautiful location and well designed and decorated unit. Sleeps four in one bedroom (king bed + two twins as a bunkbed), two other rooms each wiht a King bed.
