Situated beside the Ocean Point golf course and located just 200 steps from the nearest beach access, you will fall in love with the fresh ocean breezes and sunny days watching the tide roll in. When it’s time to relax at “home”, there is plenty of room to unwind in the open living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for dining in with your entire group. With 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, this beautiful property has room for up to 14 guests. Lounge on the front porch or one of the two back decks while enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The living room has a cozy fireplace and large, smart TV with plenty of seating for everyone. A game room on the lower floor is complete with seating area, TV and more.
The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with dual icemakers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas stove with built in microwave, air fryer, blender, crockpots, toasters, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor dishes. The custom dining table seats 10-12 guests comfortably.
This island property has 2 primary king ensuites, 2 queen ensuites, an ensuite with 2 full beds and an additional queen suite with a Jack and Jill bath.
The lovely laundry room is equipped with large-capacity washer and dryer in addition to a large utility sink. And, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy toes and beach chairs.
A pack and play is available. Beach chairs are available.
Fripp Island offers great opportunities for exploring and world-class golf. The wildlife will leave you in awe, with Whitetail deer, hundreds of sea birds and so much more. Get ready to make amazing memories with a Lowcountry getaway.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
