Welcome to 609 Porpoise, a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home designed for easy island living. The light, airy interior features a soothing blue-and-beige color palette, with a spacious living room and separate sitting room providing plenty of space to relax. Both rooms offer comfortable seating and streaming-only TVs, while a foosball table adds a little extra fun for everyone.
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge, making it easy to prepare meals and gather with family and friends. Outside, the back deck offers both screened and open-air spaces for morning coffee, meals, or simply enjoying the island breeze. A gas grill makes outdoor cooking convenient, while firepits on the screened porch and in the backyard invite you to unwind beneath the stars.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bath with a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third offers a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a trundle for additional sleeping space. These bedrooms share a spacious hall bath.
With comfortable gathering spaces, a great outdoor setup, and plenty of room for the whole family, 609 Porpoise is a welcoming home base for your Fripp Island getaway.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (ONE DOG ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable $150 pet fee. An additional $300 will be charged for guests who arrive with a dog without prior approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
