Open concept living, dining, large newly renovated kitchen floor plan provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout, including Flat screen smart TV's in each bedroom and Living Room. Two sliding glass doors open from the living room to a large backporch overlooking a beautiful lagoon and golf course. Kitchen is well appointed and offers serving for 12pp, an assortment of pots and pans, crock pot, tupperware, pyrex, a keurig, drip coffee maker, and much, much more. Whirpool stainless steel appliances are provided in the home with brand new Samsung washer and dryers.
Home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy the island; gas grill, patio fruniture, bath towels, resort access, and golf cart. Amenity cards are available for purchase to access the resort pools, two award winning golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants. We offer a four passenger electric golf cart included with a weekly stay or it can be rented for stays less than a week. Sunday to Sunday bookings only Memorial Day-Labor Day.

50% will be due at time of booking. The remaining will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

All major credit cards accepted with a 3% fee. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check). A 50% deposit (preferably by e-check) is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received.
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid minus credit cards fees if applicable. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit,

Wow ??- is an understatement! This home is AMAZING and better than we ever expected ! The owners are VERY easy to contact and communicate with and some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with while renting a home here on the island. The house was BEAUTIFULLY decorated , equipped and extremely comfortable. We had all of the conveniences of home and everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night of our stay and had everything we needed. Word of caution - there IS AN ALLIGATOR that lives in the lagoon right behind the house and he cruises by watching you everyday ???? but never saw him out in the yard or had a problem with him. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back !!!! Thank you for a wonderful long overdue week with family.

The perfect getaway! My wife and I have never had such a relaxing vacation. From riding the golf cart, the long walks on the pristine beach, and all the wildlife everywhere the island is a true paradise. Everyone we met were so friendly and helpful, we can't wait to return.
