This 4,000 square foot home was completely remodeled in 2017 following Hurricane Matthew. There have been additional annually since then, including in 2020. The large, fully stocked, remodeled kitchen will please the chef in your group. Virtually all appliances are new. This is one of the few Fripp island properties with only 3 steps to access the entire, ranch style, home. There is a large deck with a view of the 3rd green on Ocean Point Golf Course with access from the kitchen and master bed room. The spacious Florida room also has a wonderful view of the 3rd green. There is 2 car garage (plus golf cart garage door) plus ample parking for several vehicles. The adjacent island, Hunting Island State Park, has much to offer: a nature center, bike and hiking trails, a fishing pier, a visitor's center and a lighthouse. The cost of the very nice 4 passenger golf cart will be added to any booking ($195-260 depending on season).
The island “Developer” owns the “amenities. GUEST cards give guests access to amenities: restaurants, bars, swimming pools, tennis, golf, rentals, fitness center and some of the shopping and entertainment. Guest cards for access to Resort Amenities are available only thru a club member. All fees go to the Fripp Island Resort, not the club member. Orders for Guest Cards must be PAID NOT LESS THAN 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL..
The cost of cards is: $50.00/ week; $35.00/ 4 days mEMORIAL WEK THROUGH LABOR DAY; AND $35/ $25 OFF SEASON.. A Guest Card is required to be in the possession of each guest when using an amenity unless in the company of a Club Member. Children under age 13 do not need a card but must be in the company of a guest who has one. THE CARDS ARE GENERIC BUT DATED FOR USE AND MAY BE SHARED AMONG GUESTS. Example: You need only one card for use at the Food Court or carry out in restaurants and may prefer 2 or more for access to swimming pool complexes, bars, golf or tennis.

Rates do not include a 10% state/county tax, cleaning fee and a 1% gate fee. Individual owners/property managers may have additional fees such as cleaning or booking. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Cost of a nice 4 passenger golf cart will be added: $260.00 per week. Small dogs considered. $75.00 pet fee and flea treatment documentation. No teething pups. No aggressive pets. Brush outside daily. Cage or garage if left alone and keep out of BRs.
Direct bookings will avoid on line fees. A $800.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 42 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
