Expansive views of the Ocean Point Golf Course and in the distance, the Atlantic Ocean. These can be viewed from the 2 verandas and the brick patio. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, two refrigerators, double ovens, microwave, ice maker, a Keurig, and traditional coffee makers, provides everything you need for a relaxing island getaway!
Beachgoers will appreciate the included beach toys, and there's even an outdoor shower for your convenience after a day on the sand. Start your day with a relaxing cup of coffe while watching the sun rise over the island and spend your evenings gathered around the outdoor fire pit while listening to the soothing sounds of distant waves.
This historic Fripp Island home has hosted numerous cherished family vacations throughout the years. "The Tara of Fripp" is the perfect place for your family to create lasting memories for an unforgettable vacation experience!
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
Amenities
The home also features a ping pong table, fuzz ball table, and a corn hole set for off the beach fun. The two car garage accommodates the ping pong table. The covered verandas and lower level patio can accommodate outdoor activity during inclimate weather.
Outdoor cooking includes a new propane grill and 2 charcoal grills. There are 6 TVs in the house, including a 65" in the living room. The kitchen, dining room (accommodates 21 guests) and living room are very spacious and the lower level even contains a separate Family Room, plenty of room to accommodate our guests.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Awesome place for a group We spent an awesome weekend at this well appointed house! Basically your own private block- big property! The kitchen was a great gathering spot and the beds accommodated everyone nicely. Will definitely be back!
Great for a family stay! This was a great house for a large group of family members to gather. Quiet location and PLENTY of room for kids to play. A cart ride to the beach is easy and the outdoor shower area made post-beach cleanup much less hectic. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate all the cooks and it was very well equipped. House is well maintained and everything worked! Great rental!
Amazing stay! Stayed with friends for a golf tournament on the island. We had an amazing time and the property manager was always there when I needed him. The house is beautiful and on an excellent part of the island. Would 10/10 recommend this to any family or group of friends that are staying on Fripp.
