Overview
Located at the intersection of Remora and Marlin, this home has quick access to Fripp's 3.5 mile beach the many beach access points. The home is new to the rental market. The home features a large family room on the main floor open to the kitchen, dining, and outside porch.
The lower level has two large bedrooms that are like small apartments. Each has a queen bed, and both have large closets and large wall mounted flat screen TVs. Both also have their own individually controlled AC units. The bedrooms share a bathroom that has a large custom-tiled glass door shower with luxury rain head ceiling mounted shower head as well as a wall mounted handheld shower head.
The main floor has three bedrooms. All three have been recently renovated with new bamboo hardwood floors. The Master has a queen bed with seashell motif comforter. The master has a full en-suite with a custom-tiled shower. The other two bedrooms currently have full-size beds and have new ceiling fans. All three bedrooms have wall mounted flat-screen TVs and large closets.
The kitchen has all the needed appliances including stainless steel appliances, large new stove with gas cook top, new large two door fridge with clear lit preview window on left side as well as door-in-door function, and filtered water/ice dispenser in the right-side door. It is also fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and counter-top appliances such as coffee-maker, electric can opener, etc.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

House was roomy and comfortable! A few small electrical issues at first, but they were as immediate as possible on getting them fixed, even brought a double burner electric stovetop to make up for the stove that a repairman couldn’t make it out to for thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our stay!
