Overview
Welcome to Casa De Chill where your family will enjoy a spacious home on the Ocean Point Golf Course on Fripp Island. In a short golf cart ride you will have access to a picturesque private beach, swimming pools, multiple restaurants and two golf courses. After a day in the sun, spend the evening relaxing on the deck or sitting by the fire pit complete with a partial ocean view. The house includes luxurious linens, smart TVs and all of your beach supplies.
Amenities
Casa De Chill is a fully stocked house with every essential necessary to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The following list provides a general oerview of items, but may not be all-inclusive of the house:
- Amenity Cards Available to Purchase. Please note that Fripp Island Resort will assess a 12.8% Resort Fee in addition to the cost of the Amenity Cards for Guests that wish to access the Resort Amenities. The Resort Fee will be calculated on the Nightly Rental before taxes, fees and amenity cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 Days prior to arrival. A reservation is not confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid minus any credit card fees if applicable. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit,

Our week stay at 26 Fairway Club Drive was awesome! The owner of this property has thought of everything! So very well stocked with everything! Everything was top notch to include beds, bedding, towels, beach towels, dishes, pots, pans, serving trays, outside deck and it’s furnishings! The 6 seater golf cart that was included was very nice!! The location of this home was beautiful and convenient to everything. The owner was very timely in response to anything we needed! I could go on and on about this property and would stay here again!
