This thoughtfully designed coastal retreat at 500 Remora Drive is purpose-built for the kinds of trips Fripp does best — multiple families or multiple generations traveling together, or a family with teens, preteens, or young adults who want some independence without disappearing from the trip entirely.
Spanning two levels with two primary ensuites and multiple living zones, the layout gives everyone the balance of connection and privacy that makes multi-family trips actually relaxing. Grandparents and adults settle in upstairs; the younger crew — or a second family — gets the entire downstairs to themselves, with their own bedrooms, lounge, and bathroom, while staying just a staircase away when it's time to eat or head to the beach.

Minimum Age — Important
This property is intended for mature travelers and families. To ensure a safe and quiet environment for our neighbors, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. Please confirm you meet this requirement before requesting a reservation.
Occupancy
Maximum 14 overnight guests, including children and infants. Residential vacation use only — events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Rental Agreement
A signed short-term rental agreement is required for all stays and will be sent electronically after booking.
?? Optional Golf Cart Rental
We offer a fast 6-passenger electric golf cart — quicker than the typical island rental variety — for $65 per day or $450 per week. Message us after booking to add it to your stay. Licensed drivers 16 and older only, 6 occupants maximum, seat belts required. The cart may not be taken off the island.
?? Resort Amenity Cards
Amenity cards are required for access to Fripp Island Resort pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, and the fitness center. They are not included in the base rate. Cost varies by length of stay and time of year, and consists of a per-card charge plus a resort surcharge of 12.8% calculated on the total rental amount. We facilitate these for you — please request them at least 48 hours before arrival.
Pets
Pets are welcome with advance disclosure and approval. Pet fee is $29 per night. Pets must be leashed at all times on the island, and guests are responsible for waste cleanup and any pet-related damage.
Grilling
The Weber gas grill may only be used on the driveway — never on the deck, screened porch, or in the backyard.
Climate Control
The upstairs system has a 70°F minimum cooling setpoint to protect the equipment from coil freeze. The lower-level mini-split has no minimum, so guests who prefer cooler sleeping temperatures should use the downstairs bedrooms.
Wildlife
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary. Alligators are present in lagoons and marshes. Please do not feed or approach any wildlife, and keep children and pets away from all bodies of water. Sea turtle nesting season runs May through October, with beachfront lighting restrictions in effect.
Cancellations
No refunds are provided for weather, wildlife sightings, amenity closures, or events beyond the owner's control. Travel insurance is encouraged.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit is received.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — along with digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cancellation and Refunds
48-Hour Grace Period
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and receive a full refund, provided your arrival date is more than 60 days away.
Cancellation Schedule
• 60 or more days before check-in — full refund, less any non-recoverable processing fees
• 30 to 59 days before check-in — 50% refund of rent paid
• Fewer than 30 days before check-in — no refund
Cleaning fees and taxes are refunded in full for any cancellation, regardless of timing.
