This thoughtfully designed coastal retreat at 500 Remora Drive is purpose-built for the kinds of trips Fripp does best — multiple families or multiple generations traveling together, or a family with teens, preteens, or young adults who want some independence without disappearing from the trip entirely.

Spanning two levels with two primary ensuites and multiple living zones, the layout gives everyone the balance of connection and privacy that makes multi-family trips actually relaxing. Grandparents and adults settle in upstairs; the younger crew — or a second family — gets the entire downstairs to themselves, with their own bedrooms, lounge, and bathroom, while staying just a staircase away when it's time to eat or head to the beach.

Warm bamboo wood floors run throughout the upper-level bedrooms, giving the space a natural, coastal character.

• Shared Bathroom — full bath with a soaking tub, ideal for bathing the little ones after a day at the beach

A private suite, perfect for teens or a second family.

• Bedroom 5 (The Bunk Room) — one Twin XL-over-Queen bunk and one Twin-over-Full bunk
• Kids/Teen Lounge — a dedicated secondary living space for gaming or lounging

• Outdoor Rinse Station — open-air shower by the garage entry, perfect for a quick rinse after the surf
• Grill & Chill — a large Weber gas grill sized to handle the whole group, not just a couple of burgers
• The Yard — large front yard and spacious driveway with parking for 5+ vehicles, plenty of room for kids to play safely away from the street. The back of the property borders Blue Heron Lake, so the backyard stays open and private with no neighbors behind you.
• Step Out the Door — a walking, biking, and dog-walking path runs along the road directly across the street: a painted, separated lane that functions just like a sidewalk, ideal for morning strolls, bike rides to the beach, or letting the dog stretch its legs
• Beach Ready — beach cruiser bikes and a selection of beach toys to help you make the most of Fripp's pristine shoreline

We offer a fast 6-passenger electric golf cart — quicker than the typical island rental variety — for $65 per day or $450 per week. Message us after booking to add it to your stay.
